2024 has been one of our best years yet, and we are proud to have brought together a wonderful team to be able to serve our clients, neighbors, friends, and family at a continually deeper level. Whether it’s through your referrals, sharing recommendations for talented tradespeople, or simply being a dear friend, your contributions enable us to help people thrive in both their homes and communities over the last 3 decades, and for that we are grateful. Below, we share some highlights from our year, both by the numbers and as a timeline.

By The Numbers...
We hired 3 team members (+ a summer intern!): Our team grew a lot this year! We joined forces with our niece, Courtney and our sons, Michael and Aidan and were able to serve more families than ever.
We hosted 6 community events: An estate planning seminar, the Grateful Shred, two(!) ice cream socials, and more. Let us know what community event you'd like to see in 2025!
We worked with 4 first-time homebuyers: Helping families of all kinds, in every stage of life is one of our specialties. If you're looking to enter the real estate market in 2025, our first-time homebuyers checklist is a great place to start.
We served 11 cities: We take pride in having served the San-Gabriel Foothills area for nearly 30 years. We intimately know these cities, from school districts to the best place to go to get your sandwich fix.
We sold 9 listings: We are honored to have helped our neighbors, friends, family, and referrals make the move that was right for them this year. View our sold listings here.
We represented 9 buyer purchases: Every year, we end up serving about equal numbers of buyers and sellers, and this year we were right on the nose. Stay tuned for a buyer seminar in 2025!
We received 40 referrals: Our work is about building long-term, supportive relationships. Referrals are the highest compliment and we always take the utmost care in serving them. Know someone who could use our services?
We provided 114+ local service provider and out-of-area realtor referrals: Even if they're not actively buying or selling, our clients are our top priority. Over the last 3 decades, we have built a business network of vetted professionals. Reach out if you need a recommendation!
